Service Agreement
SS REO Financial Consulting provides financial consulting, credit education, and credit profile guidance services. We do not guarantee specific score increases, deletions, approvals, or financial outcomes, as results vary by individual credit profile and reporting agencies.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital and consulting nature of our services, NO refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued once payment has been submitted.
By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no refund policy.
Results Timeline
Clients understand that credit reporting updates and account changes take time. Initial updates may take up to 35 days or longer depending on creditors, reporting agencies, and the responsiveness of third parties.
SS REO Financial Consulting does not control reporting timelines from credit bureaus or financial institutions.
Credit Monitoring Requirement
Clients are required to maintain active credit monitoring services at all times during the service period. Maintaining an active monitoring account is the sole responsibility of the client.
Failure to keep credit monitoring active may result in delays, interruptions, limited access to reports, or inability to continue services. SS REO Financial Consulting is not responsible for issues caused by inactive, canceled, or unpaid monitoring accounts.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Submit requested documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain active credit monitoring at all times
- Avoid opening unnecessary accounts during the service period when advised
Failure to comply may affect results and service progress.
Communication
Clients may receive updates via email, text message, portal notifications, or phone communication regarding their service progress.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes made after agreeing to these terms may result in immediate termination of services and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
Compliance
SS REO Financial Consulting operates as a financial consulting and educational service provider. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws and do not offer legal services.
